Business information. The website address is not a shop that can be visited.
The website is for UK deliveries only. Please contact me by email if you would like to purchase something where delivery is to outside the UK.
If your order is a gift for someone, please let me know at the time of ordering, so that the invoice can be left out and a message can be put in its place.
Delivery is included in the price of your item.
Delivery addresses should be accurate as I cannot be held responsible if the address given causes the item to go astray.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail large letter.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact me by e-mail as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel and return orders within fourteen working days of receiving your order. Please see Returns section.
Please e-mail before returning an order unopened and obtain proof of postage. All saffron products must have undamaged seals and packaging. Postage for returns is at your own expense.
Refunds. These will be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after notice of cancellation using the same method that payment was made. Refunds will not be made if the security seals are broken.
If your order goes missing, please advise me as soon as possible so that this can be investigated.
If an order is received damaged, please forward photographic evidence so I can make a claim from the Post Office and send you a replacement.
Newsletter. You are invited you to add your details to the email list to receive the Newsletter which will keep you up to date with general information about Welsh Saffron and the production year. You may unsubscribe at any time.
